This policy exists to make the product boundaries explicit before a user uploads anyone’s voice data.

Only clone voices you own or are clearly authorized to use.

Do not use UFFIRM to impersonate, deceive, harass, defraud, or violate someone else’s rights.

Treat exported audio, uploaded references, and stored sessions as account-linked content that you are responsible for.

Allowed

Personal rehearsal, authorized self-voice workflows, consented internal prototypes, and clearly labeled personal-use audio experiments.

Not allowed

Impersonation, fraud, deception, evasion of consent, harassment, illegal surveillance, or publishing voice outputs in ways that misrepresent the speaker.

Stored data

Reference audio and cloned voice metadata may be stored so the product can keep generating that voice until you delete it or request broader account deletion.
