A practical explanation of what the hosted app stores.
This page is written for users, not lawyers first. It explains the major categories of data the hosted deployment may process so the product’s privacy claims are not just decorative.
The hosted UFFIRM app may process account data, saved sessions, uploaded audio, cloned voice references, billing metadata, and analytics events used to understand how people move through the product.
Some preferences remain local to your browser, such as UI toggles or locally saved custom generator presets. Account-linked resources like saved sessions, billing state, and cloned voices are tied to the backend deployment and storage it uses.
If you upload voice or audio content, you are responsible for having the right to upload it. Uploaded material may remain stored until you delete it, remove the related asset, or request account-level deletion through support.
Analytics are used for launch-readiness and product health, such as understanding visits, sign-ins, upgrade attempts, build attempts, and successful exports. They should be scoped to product improvement and abuse prevention rather than resale.
Self-hosted deployments may handle storage, retention, logging, and privacy differently from the hosted app described here.
