What requires an account?
Signing in is required for cloud renders, billing, saved sessions, and cloned voice management. You can still explore parts of the studio before signing in.
What stays local and what syncs?
Saved sessions, billing state, and cloned voices are account-linked. Some convenience data, like locally saved custom generator presets and UI preferences, stays in your current browser.
Do free renders consume credits?
Yes. Every plan uses credits. Free starts with 75 starter credits, Lite includes 75 monthly credits, Pro includes 150 monthly credits, Studio includes 450 monthly credits, and one-time top-ups can be purchased separately.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Eligible free accounts can start a one-time 7-day Pro trial. The trial renews automatically unless canceled before it ends. If the trial ends without a successful paid conversion, the account returns to the free starter-credit balance that was left before the trial began.
Do one-time credit packs expire?
Bonus credits from one-time packs stay on the account until used. They are separate from monthly subscription credits, which reset with each active paid billing cycle.
How long do renders usually take?
Simple sessions are usually quick, but render time varies with voice choice, queue load, audio layers, and output length. If a render fails, the app should explain the next step instead of leaving you stuck.
How do password resets and email verification work?
Sign-up can require email confirmation depending on your Supabase auth settings. Password reset emails let you set a new password from a secure recovery link.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Subscriptions renew until canceled. When billing is enabled, cancellation is handled through Stripe and typically stops future renewals while preserving access through the current paid period. One-time credit packs are separate non-recurring purchases. Eligible free accounts can start a one-time 7-day Pro trial, which also renews automatically unless canceled before the end date.
